1. Church leaders get more involved with reaching the lost and open up their congregations to "new" converts in the church body. 2. Churches get to meet and work with members of other congregations, providing them with new Christian friendships and further training and outreach. 3. Promotes action for the entire congregation. Each member is encouraged
to invite others to the crusades, opening the doors for many to give witness
of their own, individual faith in Christ.
CHURCH DISCIPLESHIP TRAINING
Churches need to know the subjects of outreach and
discipleship which will in turn broaden their own ministries.
These training courses are an "eye-opener" for both the leader and
the congregation
to
see that the Great Commission of Christ is their responsibility.
Church Discipleship Training is a two-fold ministry: 1. Awaken the churches and their leadership to a higher spiritual potential.. 2. Provide "in-depth" seminars and material so as to insure that many carry out and practice what they have been taught and demonstrated; that discipleship is the "norm" for each and every Christian and the entire church. |

A missionary from Africa, Carl Blackburn used to say, "The world does not need more missionaries. It needs prepared, dedicated, and Spirit-filled missionaries." These special type of seminars are geared
for those in Christian service who have little basic training and need
pastoral and leadership seminars in order to build their church. Our burden is to develop these potential Christian power-houses by: 3. Continued communication through printed
materials and counseling in the areas of discipleship and all relevant areas
